01Define the process requirement
Beans and ground coffee have different packaging conditions. Record post-roast state, packing time and degassing valves. Establish storage conditions and trial the atmosphere target; generator outlet purity is not the same as residual oxygen inside a filled pack.
- Project input: Bean or ground format and pack size
02Connect the source to the use point
Record packs per minute, headspace, flushing sequence and changeovers. Confirm pressure at the packaging machine and simultaneous flushing peaks across lines. Retain packaging material and sealing settings so supply data can be interpreted in the correct process context.
- Interface input: Degassing valve and seal format
03Validate the result and scope
Check representative formats at startup, full speed and after changeovers. Link atmosphere and seal results to sensory and storage trials. On-site nitrogen provides the gas source; it does not establish a fixed freshness period or a universal recipe.
For a project assessment, provide bean or ground format and pack size, degassing valve and seal format, production cycle and sampling plan. These inputs define comparable equipment scope and acceptance conditions. This page is application-planning guidance, not a customer case or a claim of completed work.
- Validation input: Production cycle and sampling plan
