01Define the process requirement
List stations, burner designs, materials and working cycles. Manual and automated processing create different peaks. Record simultaneous station count and duration, and obtain the equipment maker's acceptable oxygen composition and inlet pressure.
- Project input: Burner types and station count
02Connect the source to the use point
Use branch regulation where appropriate and assess centralized starts and stops against header pressure. Review source, oxygen piping, burner materials and controls together. Make maintenance and shutdown isolation practical for the operating staff.
- Interface input: Concurrent operating duration
03Validate the result and scope
Compare single-station and maximum simultaneous operation using supply measurements and sample quality. Source configuration does not replace burner commissioning. Concentration alone cannot guarantee flame temperature or finished-product results; validate settings for the actual process.
For a project assessment, provide burner types and station count, concurrent operating duration, samples and inlet specification. These inputs define comparable equipment scope and acceptance conditions. This page is application-planning guidance, not a customer case or a claim of completed work. Oxygen configurations described here are for industrial use.
- Validation input: Samples and inlet specification
