01Define the process requirement
Furnace and combustion specialists should define the application using the existing furnace, fuel, load and objective. Specify accepted concentration and fluctuations. Performance achieved with another oxygen source cannot automatically be attributed to on-site generation.
- Project input: Furnace and fuel
02Connect the source to the use point
Plan continuous duty, modulation and backup, checking pipework and burner-control interfaces. For existing furnaces, establish shutdown or switching windows, phased trial conditions and restoration of the original supply before defining installation work.
- Interface input: Oxygen application method
03Validate the result and scope
At comparable production conditions, record gas delivery, fuel, generation electricity and product quality. Melting capacity and emissions depend on the entire thermal system. The supply configuration does not independently promise a fixed energy saving or production increase.
For a project assessment, provide furnace and fuel, oxygen application method, continuous load and trial boundary. These inputs define comparable equipment scope and acceptance conditions. This page is application-planning guidance, not a customer case or a claim of completed work. Oxygen configurations described here are for industrial use.
- Validation input: Continuous load and trial boundary
