01Define the process requirement
The water-process team defines ozone purpose and demand; the ozone supplier specifies feed oxygen conditions. Oxygen capacity is not directly interchangeable with ozone output. Use water quality, dosing strategy and the generator operating range as selection inputs.
- Project input: Ozone-generator feed specification
02Connect the source to the use point
Confirm concentration, dew point, pressure, flow and contaminants, plus quality permission and fault signals. Coordinate buffering with generator demand changes. Clearly allocate downstream contacting, mixing and off-gas treatment instead of assuming they belong to the oxygen package.
- Interface input: Load modulation
03Validate the result and scope
Test feed conditions, then perform joint ozone operation and process assessment. Qualified oxygen does not by itself demonstrate that reclaimed water meets a particular use requirement. Validate performance and cost under complete-system operating conditions.
For a project assessment, provide ozone-generator feed specification, load modulation, joint treatment acceptance boundary. These inputs define comparable equipment scope and acceptance conditions. This page is application-planning guidance, not a customer case or a claim of completed work. Oxygen configurations described here are for industrial use.
- Validation input: Joint treatment acceptance boundary
