01Turn agreed requirements into test items
The acceptance checklist should correspond to the confirmed technical agreement. For product gas flow, quality and delivery pressure, specify the test location, operating conditions, acceptable range and instrument requirements. One instantaneous display reading should not represent the stability of an entire system. Observe and record performance under the agreed operating conditions, with notes explaining load changes and abnormal events.
02Check functions and documents as well as performance
At the proposal stage, the parties can also agree checks for alarm displays, the response to out-of-specification gas, backup supply switching and data recording. These functions depend on the ordered configuration and should not be assumed to be standard on every unit. The acceptance package can include instrument details, original test records, operator handover, a maintenance plan and outstanding items. Give each open item an action and a review arrangement so acceptance remains a traceable engineering record.
- Agree test conditions, duration, sampling points and result assessment rules before testing.
- Provide the configuration list, operating documents, maintenance guidance and an outstanding-items record.
