Containerized nitrogen station
Design the machinery and enclosure together for the stated outdoor location.
Manufacturer reference photo · sjjq.com01Define the operating duty
Provide annual temperature range, altitude, humidity, dust and corrosion conditions. State whether use is fixed or relocatable. A shipping-container format does not itself establish a suitable equipment operating environment.
- Demand input: Environmental conditions
02Connect the complete system
Plan intake, heat rejection, exhaust, drainage, lighting and servicing together. Resolve interactions between hot equipment and the separator during layout. Include doors, acoustic treatment and maintenance actions in outdoor protection design.
- Interface input: Fixed or relocatable use; Foundation and transport
03Verify the configuration
Check enclosure temperature and ventilation at sustained full load as well as gas performance. For relocation, document disconnection, restraints and recommissioning. Results from one location cannot automatically transfer to a different environment.
This topic supports configuration discussions. Equipment combinations and availability are subject to technical confirmation and contract. The fields below are project inputs, not committed performance specifications.
- Verification input: Ventilation and heat rejection
Selection conditions to confirm
| Item | Requirement / confirmation basis |
|---|---|
| Environmental conditions | Confirm for the projectProvide actual process conditions and the measurement basis. |
| Fixed or relocatable use | Confirm for the projectSpecify normal values, peaks or the permitted range. |
| Foundation and transport | Confirm for the projectCheck against existing equipment and site conditions. |
| Ventilation and heat rejection | Confirm for the projectAgree the acceptance basis during technical review. |
