Industrial oxygen backup supply
Make backup duration, gas compatibility and replenishment conditions measurable.
Manufacturer reference photo · sjjq.com01Define the operating duty
Select reserves from interruption and reduced-load limits. Assess power loss, servicing and faults separately. Define the minimum demand and duration for each before choosing reserve quantity or coordination with an existing oxygen source.
- Demand input: Minimum supported flow
02Connect the complete system
Compare source pressures and compositions with downstream acceptance. Show isolation, non-return protection, metering and status feedback. Assign replenishment responsibility and timing after a backup source has been consumed.
- Interface input: Required support duration; Existing oxygen source
03Verify the configuration
During controlled switching, verify the terminal pressure and quality window and record restoration. Reassess reserves after expansion. A buffer may bridge a short transition but cannot automatically be described as complete emergency protection.

Selection conditions to confirm
| Item | Requirement / confirmation basis |
|---|---|
| Minimum supported flow | Confirm for the projectProvide actual process conditions and the measurement basis. |
| Required support duration | Confirm for the projectSpecify normal values, peaks or the permitted range. |
| Existing oxygen source | Confirm for the projectCheck against existing equipment and site conditions. |
| Changeover and replenishment conditions | Confirm for the projectAgree the acceptance basis during technical review. |
