01Define the process requirement
Describe product shape, bag design and the required pack condition for puffed or fragile snacks. Product weight alone cannot determine demand. Include headspace, injection pressure and maximum speed, using filled packs for validation.
- Project input: Bag design and headspace
02Connect the source to the use point
Measure normal packing, brief stops and empty-bag operation separately. Check buffering against rapidly cycling valves. Before sizing a retrofit, review machine leaks and adjustments that may be inflating gas consumption without improving pack performance.
- Interface input: Maximum packing speed
03Validate the result and scope
At high speed, assess oxygen, pack consistency and seals, with transport simulation where relevant. Higher gas pressure or flow does not automatically improve quality. Confirm storage conditions and packaging materials alongside the supply settings.
For a project assessment, provide bag design and headspace, maximum packing speed, seal and transport assessment. These inputs define comparable equipment scope and acceptance conditions. This page is application-planning guidance, not a customer case or a claim of completed work.
- Validation input: Seal and transport assessment
