Compressed air supply for gas generation

Select the source around complete station demand and separator inlet requirements.

Configuration guide for initial discussion. Final models, capacity, dimensions and supply boundaries depend on the confirmed project conditions.

01Define the operating duty

Start from inlet pressure, temperature, flow and quality. Include dryer regeneration, filter losses and other users. With a shared factory station, establish capacity actually available to generation instead of adding compressor nameplates.

  • Demand input: Separation-unit inlet specification

02Connect the complete system

Decide between dedicated and shared sources before controls, backup and metering. Shared systems need review of sudden workshop demand. Dedicated sources require complete power, cooling, drainage and service-space assessment.

  • Interface input: Available shared capacity; Compressor control mode

03Verify the configuration

Measure conditions at the generator inlet during steady and peak operation and record total power. Air-source faults affect separation and quality, so pressure, temperature and drainage need explicit checks and alarm arrangements.

This topic describes station auxiliaries. Confirm compatibility, quantities and supply boundaries against the system diagram. The fields below collect project requirements and do not represent a fixed model rating.

  • Verification input: Power and heat-rejection conditions
