Precision air filtration

Select treatment by contaminant type, inlet quality and traceable maintenance requirements.

Configuration guide for initial discussion. Final models, capacity, dimensions and supply boundaries depend on the confirmed project conditions.

01Define the operating duty

Distinguish water, oil aerosol, oil vapor and particles. One nominal filtration figure cannot describe them all. Establish contamination from compressor type, intake environment and downstream requirements before selecting treatment stages.

  • Demand input: Target contaminants

02Connect the complete system

Check flow, pressure and pressure loss, leaving room for elements and drain servicing. Arrange filters and dryers according to their functions. Clearly identify maintenance points and differential-pressure records in the equipment schedule.

  • Interface input: Inlet quality; Permitted pressure drop

03Verify the configuration

Verify overall quality and loss under agreed conditions. Element life depends on contamination, so calendar age alone is insufficient. Use pressure difference, drain state and quality tests to maintain treatment before it restricts supply.

This topic describes station auxiliaries. Confirm compatibility, quantities and supply boundaries against the system diagram. The fields below collect project requirements and do not represent a fixed model rating.

  • Verification input: Maintenance and replacement access
