01Locate the interfaces
A generator can meet its outlet specification while a distant machine experiences pressure loss, contamination or air ingress. Draw the route through storage, pressure regulation, piping and final connections. Mark where ownership and measurement responsibility change.
02Test under real demand
Compare pressure and relevant quality indicators at the generator outlet and the critical use point during the same production event. Include simultaneous demand from other branches. Separate timestamped measurements reveal losses that a quiet, no-flow inspection can miss.
03Make acceptance actionable
Write distinct criteria for the package outlet and the process connection. Identify who supplies the pipework, who verifies cleanliness and who resolves a downstream shortfall. This prevents a successful factory test from being mistaken for proof that the entire installed distribution network is suitable.
