01Establish the starting schedule
List time-based, operating-hour and cycle-based tasks from the supplied manuals. Include treatment equipment, analysers and auxiliaries as well as the separator. Record which interval becomes due first where more than one trigger applies.
02Account for service conditions
Track actual runtime, loading pattern, inlet quality and relevant environmental conditions. Ask the supplier how unusually demanding service affects the schedule. Do not extend required safety inspections or critical service intervals solely because the machine still appears to run normally.
03Review with evidence
Use trends, completed service findings and failure records to improve planning within approved limits. Keep the rationale and authorisation for changes. A useful plan also identifies production windows, needed spares and the verification required before returning equipment to operation.
