01Observe the sequence
Switching valves operate repeatedly as adsorption vessels change duty. When diagnosing performance, align commanded valve states with vessel-pressure traces and outlet quality. A command signal alone does not prove the valve reached its intended position.
02Record developing symptoms
Repeated timing deviations, unusual pressure recovery or quality disturbances tied to a particular cycle position can support a focused service review. Preserve the data before resetting alarms. Include the operating-hour or cycle history and previous valve work.
03Use an approved service route
Inspection or replacement requires the manufacturer's procedure and controlled energy isolation. After work, verify the cycle response and sustained product quality across the agreed operating conditions. Do not compensate for suspected mechanical deterioration by improvising longer or shorter cycle times.
