01Locate the pressure loss
Measure or log the generator outlet and the critical use-point pressure during the same event. If the outlet is acceptable but the use point is low, review distribution restrictions. If both fall, investigate supply capacity, storage and the demand profile.
02Account for unexpected consumers
Check whether another branch, new production sequence or leak appeared near the event. Review flow-meter units and reference conditions before comparing with rated capacity. A pressure complaint is often clearer when expressed as a timed demand event.
03Use a controlled diagnosis
Qualified personnel should review filters, regulators and controls within the approved procedures. Do not raise pressure beyond equipment limits to conceal the symptom. Confirm recovery at the original problematic peak and retain the pressure readings as evidence.
