01Record the difficult period
Capture ambient temperature, feed-air temperature, pressure, dryer condition and product demand during the fault. Compare with a healthy period at similar production. A summer label alone cannot distinguish heat, moisture and increased factory load.
02Inspect heat rejection and treatment
Use the approved inspection plan for ventilation, cooling and drainage. Check actual conditions against equipment design limits. Recently added partitions or blocked cooling paths may explain a seasonal problem without any change in the separator itself.
03Confirm the explanation
After corrective work, evaluate performance under similarly demanding conditions or an agreed verification method. If the weather has changed, state that limitation in the closure record. Do not claim a permanent fix solely because quality returns on a cooler day.
