01Protect the adsorption duty
An oxygen-generation adsorbent operates with a specific feed-air envelope. Water and other contaminants compete with the intended separation duty and can alter performance. The correct preparation arrangement must come from the package design, rather than an assumption that all oxygen generators use identical treatment.
02Track changing conditions
Record feed temperature and pressure along with oxygen concentration and demand. A summer concentration problem may coincide with warmer compressed air or increased moisture load. Without those inlet observations, changing the separation settings can conceal the underlying cause.
03Confirm recovery carefully
After an upstream fault is corrected, follow the approved return-to-service process and observe sustained product quality. A brief improvement is not proof that the adsorbent is unaffected. Ask the supplier to define the evidence needed before the oxygen stream returns to the industrial process.
