01Identify every outlet
List regeneration exhaust, membrane permeate, relief discharge and any quality-diversion stream separately. Record their normal or exceptional function, expected conditions and manufacturer restrictions. Combining outlets without review can create backpressure or an unsuitable mixed-gas destination.
02Review the surroundings
Provide the designer with nearby air intakes, doors, occupied areas and low or enclosed spaces. Consider where a released gas could accumulate or be drawn back into the building. Noise control must not compromise the required discharge conditions.
03Confirm the installed arrangement
Check the route against the approved design and the package's permitted backpressure. Include supports, drainage where applicable and inspection access. Any later extension or silencer change should receive review because a seemingly simple pipe modification can affect both cycle performance and safety.
