01State the active condition
Identify which equipment is running, which is available as backup and which is isolated for work. Record current gas quality, pressure and unusual demand. Make any temporary operating limitation visible to the incoming team.
02Explain recent events
Summarize alarms, interventions and pending investigations with timestamps. Distinguish an acknowledged alarm from a resolved fault. If a process or backup arrangement changed, include the agreed communication and monitoring requirements.
03Confirm responsibility transfer
Name the owner of each open action and where the supporting logs can be found. Use the site's handover procedure for critical information. A clean display at the moment of shift change does not erase an intermittent problem that the next operator needs to recognize.
