01Define oxygen service clearly
Give the designer the proposed oxygen concentration, pressure, temperature, flow and operating modes. Oxygen-service suitability is not established merely by a component's pressure rating. Materials, geometry and contamination controls need assessment for the actual duty.
02Preserve cleanliness across suppliers
Agree the cleaning specification, documentation, protective packaging and field-assembly controls. Mark who accepts incoming parts and who manages any reopened connection. A clean component can lose its status during transport, storage or installation if the handling chain is undefined.
03Control the final handover
Use qualified personnel and the applicable design and inspection requirements. Retain the approved component list, cleanliness records and commissioning evidence. Do not substitute ordinary compressed-air fittings or lubricants based on visual similarity or local availability.
